Reminder – deadline to register to swim in the Cobb county meet is this Monday evening, 6/27/11. Please contact Angie Franklin ([email protected]), or Meg Williams ([email protected]) to let them know your child is interested in swimming. Payment can be made at the meet Monday night. Bring check payable to “Chatsworth Swim Team”.

To be eligible to register to swim, you must be:

A Cobb County resident
5 & 6 year olds must have a qualifying time of 35 seconds or faster in their 25 Free or 25 Back .
7 & 8 / 9 & 10 year olds must have a qualifying time of 32 seconds or faster in their 25 Free or 25 Back.

Cost to enter: $5 per event entered (maximum of 2 individual events) & $15 for a t-shirt (optional). We are also asking that the swimmers who enter donate $10 to help pay for coaches. For example, if you are entering two races, your cost will be $20 ($10 entry fees and $10 donation for coach pay) without shirt or $35 with shirt.

ALSO REQUIRED – If you are going to enter your swimmer into the meet, you will be expected to work as a volunteer at the meet. Each swim team is required to have a volunteer at each session that we have swimmers entered.

Open Warm-Ups on Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 6pm – 9pm

(A coach must be present for swimmers to use the starting blocks)

FRIDAY, JULY 8, 2011 Ages: 13-14, 15-18 Prelims and Finals

WARM-UPS: 8:30 A.M. MEET STARTS: 10:00 A.M.

SATURDAY, JULY 9, 2011 Ages: 11-12, 9-10 Prelims and Finals

WARM-UP: 7:30 A.M. MEET STARTS: 9:00 A.M.

SUNDAY, JULY 10, 2011 Ages: 7-8 & 5-6 Timed Finals
