WAVES Families:

Remember, tomorrow is in-person registration for the 2013 Chatsworth Waves Swim Team from 3:30-5:30pm at the Chatsworth Clubhouse.  Sign up your swimmers, check out the new suits/get your right size and see old friends.  Click the link to the team site (LINKS SECTION) to download and complete the Team Registration & Medical Release forms.  If registering in person tomorrow, just bring your checkbook.

If you can't make it or prefer to pay using a credit card, please use the online registration which is now available.  Just click the team site and click the button in the top right corner. 

As always, TEAM SWIMSUITS are optional but encouraged.  You may purchase them online directly through Friends Unlimited.  Boys may opt for the plain black jammer or the matching design to the girls suit.  Order suits by APRIL 30th as sizes do run out.  Also, select to have your suit shipped along with the team order.  ALL SUITS will be delivered to the team and distributed at practice.

Parents, as you know, it "takes a village" to run a season of summer swimming.  Please consider taking on an extra job to help with the team.  If you headed up any of these committees last year and are willing to do it again, please let us know.  We are in need of volunteers for the following:

• Concessions (only 2 home meets)
• Trophies/Medals
• Fun Day
• Banquet
• Moms on Deck (since Angie & I work and not available to be at many of the practices, we are in need of some Moms to be on deck for practices to be a "go-to" person during practice.  Someone who can help out while coaches are running practices.  Please let us know if there is practice day you can commit to....thanks!)

Finally, please forward this emails to your friends and neighbors.  We have the BEST team in Cobb County with the most amazing swimmers and families.  It's one big family on the Chatsworth Waves.  We are always in desperate need for swimmers ages 13 & up.  If you've got some reluctant swimmers, we are happy to work out a 2 week trial  Let them come to practice and experience the fun and camaraderie of summer swim team.
