WAVES families (I hope this works),

to access a shared spreadsheet on Google Docs and update your vacation schedules.  We need this completed by Friday, May 10th.

Please do the following:

• Vacation: note using an "X" mark which meets your child will miss this season
• Middle initial:  Please update this information for each of your swimmers
• Year Round Swimmer:  please mark with an "X" if your child is a year-round swimmer
  • USA Swimming ID - if you know it, please enter (year round only)

We are in the process of creating Volunteer Schedules and assume if your child is swimming, there is at least one parent available to volunteer at the meet.  Remember, it's a mandetory requirement that one parent work one shift of each meet.

This information is very helpful and important to us for planning purposes, so PLEASE take just a few minutes.
