If you've not yet registered for the WAVES, don't delay.  We already have 89 swimmers registered and we'll need to cut it off at 120.  See below for details.  You may pay online or select "pay later" and give us a check.  Required papers (Medical release, Concussions & Volunteer Forms) may be collected at a later date.

WAVES Families (Swim Team opened to boys & girls ages 4*-18): ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

Tomorrow is registration for the 2014 Chatsworth Waves & Little Waves* Swim Team from 3:30-5:30pm at the Chatsworth Clubhouse.  Sign up your swimmers, check out the new suits/get your right size, learn about the team and see old friends.  Little WAVES is for 4 and 5 year old who are not quite ready for the team and miss the cut off to compete (must be 5 by May 31st).  Get 30 swim lessons 4 days a week, team tshirt, races on Fund Day, ribbons & more! 

Cost:

• $95 first swimmer, $85 each additional swimmer.  Big family - swim 3 get 4th for free
  • Non Chatsworth Resident - add $10/family
  • Non Cobb County Resident: add $5/swimmer
• $65 for LITTLE WAVES (4 & 5 year olds who miss May 31 cut off)
• $35 all swimmers 13 years & older

In an effort to streamline registration, we are asking everyone to register online.  You may pay online via credit card or simply select PAY LATER and give us a check.

Here's what we need you to do:

1. Register Online:  Visit the TEAM WEBSITE and click on the reg button on the upper right corner.  Returning families only need to enter their email and last year's info will come up.  Please update.  At the end, pay via credit cad or select PAY LATER.  Please print receipt.
2. Swim Suits:  Come to registration tomorrow to get sized, but you may purchase your swimsuit directly from FRIENDS UNLIMITED (girls $31.16 or boys $24.76) by March 30th for the discount and it will be delivered to the team.
3. Practice & Meet Schedule: Visit the  LINKS section of the TEAM WEBSITE.
4. Required Forms:  We need to keep the following papers on file for all families.  Print them from the LINKS section of the TEAM WEBSITE.
   • Medical Release: 1 per family
   • Concussion Form: required by the county for EACH swimmer
   • Vacations & Volunteers: tell us when your out and your preferred volunteer job.

CONFUSED?  Just come on down to the clubhouse and we'll have laptops and old school papers.

Please forward this emails to your friends and neighbors.  We have the BEST team in Cobb County with the most amazing swimmers and families.  It's one big family on the Chatsworth Waves.  We are always in need for swimmers ages 13 & up.  If you've got some reluctant swimmers, we are happy to work out a 2 week trial  Let them come to practice and experience the fun and camaraderie of summer swim team.
