    WAVES Families,

    Our records show that you've not yet paid for the 2014 WAVES Swim Season.  We are getting ready to secure coaches, order tshirts, and begin planning for another great season.  You may complete your registration by paying online (see link) or dropping off a check payable to "Chatsworth Waves".

    • Concussion Form (you may put all swimmers names on this one form)
