WAVES Families:

Tomorrow evening is our meet vs. Falcon Woods @ 4600 Jett Road.  As always, we will have practice tomorrow.  If you've not RSVP's for the rescheduled meet on Thursday, please do so ASAP.

Meet Time:  arrival  betw 5-5:15, warm-ups @ 5:30, meet begins at 6pm

​Check-in (swimmers & volunteers): Updon arrival, all swimmers must see a coach for their events.  There will be a small piece of paper tacked to a bulletin board.  Swimmers may take their events from the board.  This tells us that thye have arrives.  Parents may check the volunteer board for the evening's duties.  Please initial next to your name to indicate that you have arrived.  See Mandy Fischer and/or Katie Wilson for furhter instruction.

Meet Location: Falcon Wood Fins: 4600 Jett Road.  From Chatsworth, take Sandy Plains, right on Wigley and that turns in to Jameson and you get Jett Road from there.  

Parking: Falcon Woods has parking their pool.  They will have a parking attendant that will try to double park coaches, coordinators and anyone else who will be staying until the end of the night. Our team may also park on the right side of Jett Road.  Also, if you drive past our pool and turn right at the stop sign that is the back entrance of our neighbor.  You may park on the right hand side of the road and if you turn right at the first cul de sac there is a path that will lead you to the pool. 

Weather: There's la 50% chance of thunder showers so please stay tuned to email and the team Facebook page for updates about the weather.  Once we are there, if there is thunder or lightening, the deck must be cleared.  Go to your cars and await further instruction.  We must wait 30 minutes every time thunder/lightening occurs.  If it looks like it is not going to clear or if the storms turn dangerous, then both team coordinators will meet with the Cobb County Official and make a decision as to how to proceed.

What to bring:  Chairs, umbrellas, extra towels, money for concessions, extra dry clothes, mark all clothes with name.

Clubhouse & Concessions:  Falcon Woods will have a full concession stand with grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos, bake potatoes, etc...

After Party:  Taco Mac, Roswell

Fun Day:  No regular practice.  Tuesday, 10am-11am.  All swimmers & Little Waves.
