WAVES Families:

• Meet tonight: Get rest and relaxation today & see you @ Arbor Bridge betw. 5-5:15
• RSVPs:  Please do this ASAP for 6/8 meet.  You may RSVP to all remaining meets too.  Please know it takes a tremendous amount of effort to assign 100+ swimmers across 86 events and multiple heats.  Imagine spending hours on a jigsaw puzzle and when pieces are missing (not RSVPing yes or no to a meet) or one piece is removed (canceling last minute), the entire puzzle falls apart and you have to start all over.  That's what it's like putting a line-up together.  Please, please, please be mindful of our efforts.
• Volunteers:  Swim team requires the efforts of at least one parent per meet attended.  Putting together the volunteer assignments is much like the puzzle analogy above.  We do our very best to place you where requested, but sometimes we need to place parents where we need people most.  It's a short season with a limited commitment.  Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation.
• Donations:  The sodas and waters are starting to come in.  Thank you.  Water is really needed--so if you can  spare $4 for a case, please drop it off in the swim team office.  We need it this weekend before our home meet Monday.

• NO PRACTICE TOMORROW Friday 6/5 - Two meets in one week and one a few days later (Monday) is a lot!  Take the day off tomorrow, go see a movie or play in the sun.  Enjoy!
