WAVES Families:

Movinfg up from the Bronze division to Gold has proven a challenge for sure this season as we we fell to Chastain Lakes by only 5 points (432-427).  It just shows that it was a meet with swimmers of very similar and very capable abilities.  Our swimmers did terrific.  Their stamina is getting stronger and strokes more fine tuned as evidenced by less DQs from last week.

Thank you to our women in concessions Rachael Morrow and Jenny Slocumb for keeping us well fed.  Thanks to all our parent volunteers for helping the meet run smoothly and efficiently.

 Tomorrow is Fun Day from 10am-11am.  There will be ribbons in swimmer's folder from last Thursday's meet too. Thank you to Jennifer Lindsley, Shannon Zolar, Heather McKelvey (and I know there are more, sorry, it's late) for coordinating   Fun Day and keeping our swimmers fed with yummy sweet treats!

Wednesday is practice as usual, Thursday is a clinic with Sting Rays and Friday practice at usual.  

Our next meet is at home vs. Woodbine Station on Monday, June 15th.  If you've not done so already, please RSVP.
