We understand emergencies come up, so IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE A LAST MINUTE CHANGE AND DECIDE TO SWIM OR NOT TO SWIM, PLEASE TEXT COACH CASSIE AT 404-805-9139  by Tuesday at noon.

WHAT TO BRING:  Your team T-SHIRTS (parents and swimmers), an extra pair of goggles, chairs, umbrellas, extra towels, money for concessions, extra dry clothes, mark all clothes with your name.

SWIM MEET ARRIVAL TIME:  5 PM
Swimmers: check in with the coaches for your events. There will be a small piece of paper tacked to a bulletin board. Swimmers may take their events from the board. This tells us that they have arrived. Warm-ups for our team start at 5:30 PM.

Parents: check in with the volunteer coordinators (Kristen Squires, Amanda Kowall, Shannon Zolar) for the evening’s duties. Please initial next to your name to indicate that you have arrived. Meeting for Place Judges and Timers with the referee is at 5:45 PM. Location TBD, listen for the announcement.

The Parent Wave: 5:55 PM after the swimmers' cheer with Coach Maxwell.

MEET LOCATION: Woodbine Station pool address is- 3285 Pebble Hill Drive, Marietta, 30062. The entrance to the neighborhood that is closest to the pool is at the Sandy Plains and Pebble Hill intersection.

PARKING: Please park on one side of the road. Coming into the neighborhood from Sandy Plains and Pebble Hill Dr., please make sure you pay attention to the no parking signs and park on one side (the right side) of the road. Please park on the side of the road and not in a homeowner's yard.  You can also park at the tennis courts and walk to the pool. The tennis courts are located at the Sandy Plains and Wigley intersection. If you were coming down Wigley road, you would go straight through the light and you would be in the tennis court parking lot. 

CLUBHOUSE: Swimmers cannot hang out in the clubhouse. Our score keeping takes place on the clubhouse balcony. 

SET UP: WAVES families can set up on the side closest to the gate entrance. We ask that our team stays within the pool gates during the meet. There is a playground near the tennis courts for parents with younger kids who are not competing. 

CONCESSIONS: Woodbine Station will have plenty of dinner items to choose from at the meet such as pizza, hotdogs, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, nachos, baked potatoes, and Smoothie King smoothies!

POOL RULES: Glass bottles and/or alcohol are not permitted.

WEATHER: Please stay tuned to email and the team Facebook page for updates about the weather.  Once we are there, if there is thunder or lightning, the deck must be cleared.  Go to your cars and await further instruction. Do not go home. We must wait 30 minutes every time thunder/lightning occurs.  If it looks like it is not going to clear or if the storms turn dangerous, then both team coordinators will meet with the Cobb County Official and make a decision as to how to proceed.

AFTER PARTY:  Corner Pizza (in the Movie Tavern Plaza) is open until 10 PM. Mention ‘Chatsworth Waves’ to receive 10% discount OR Taco Mac on 685 Crossville Road, Roswell (Trader Joe’s Plaza) is open until 12 AM -- whatever you prefer!
