End of the Season Celebration Slideshow – NEED YOUR PHOTOS!
We are looking for photos of all of our WAVES swimmers for the end of the 2018 season slideshow that our coaches are preparing. Please share your photos on our shared Shutterfly site. Our site is https://chatsworthwaves2014.shutterfly.com/ and the password is WAVES (all caps). It’s called Chatsworth Waves 2014, but we are using it for all seasons. Go to "Photos & Videos" tab, find album WAVES 2018 Season and add your photos. We want to make sure every child is featured in the slideshow!

RSVP FOR 6/20 MEET AGAINST ARBOR BRIDGE GATORS
This is an AWAY meet at Arbor Bridge. Detailed instructions will be emailed later.
We are awaiting responses from 56 swimmers. The deadline to RSVP is MONDAY, June 18 at NOON. We are extending the deadline because many swimmers are still undeclared after the deadline, and our head coach is having to reach out to over 30 families to confirm every time. Please RSVP for your swimmer on time. 

Our coaches need ample time to prepare the lineup, and we may not be able to include your swimmer(s) if you respond late after the deadline. If you have to make any changes after the deadline, please text head coach Ashley directly at 770-769-6028, however additions to the roster will not be made after noon on Wednesday.

How to RSVP for meets:
Go to https://chatsworthwaves.swimtopia.com/swim_meets --> Calendar --> Click on MEET ENTRY button next to a meet --> Log in to your account --> Your swimmers will be displayed --> Edit --> Choose Available for this meet or Not available. If you want to leave a note for the head coach, feel free to include one. Hit Save.

CHOOSE YOUR VOLUNTEER JOB AT THE 6/20 MEET 
The jobs are split into 2 shifts 6-7:30 PM and 7:30 – 9:30 PM. The times are estimated. We will go by events rather than the time of the meet. The 1^st shift is events 1-43, the 2^nd shift is 44-86.

How to sign up for a volunteer job: You will be prompted to sign up for a job during meet declaration

Go to https://chatsworthwaves.swimtopia.com/swim_meets --> Calendar --> Click on JOB SIGNUP button next to a meet --> Log in to your account --> Parents’ names will be displayed --> Sign-up for Jobs --> Choose a position you prefer and Hit Save assignments.

The deadline to sign up for a volunteer job is Monday at midnight. If positions are left unfilled, we will assign them to those who are coming to the meet, but did not sign up. If you have to make any changes after the deadline, please contact Shannon at [email protected]or text 678-953-2268.

Patti Wilder Cobb County Meet (GRPA State Qualifying Meet) June 30 – July 1.

Upcoming week:
Due to several of our coaches being absent next week, you will see a new coach working with swimmers. Her name is Allie, she is lifeguard certified and used to coach a summer swim team in prior years.
